Pre-Construction Services

Often we are employed early in the planning phase to consult with the design team to provide the following services.

• Review design development documents and prepare preliminary estimate of construction cost.
  
• Review preliminary material specification and design details. Advise on constructability, availability of materials, long lead times and alternate methods and/or materials to enhance schedule and reduce cost.
  
• Prepare a preliminary project schedule, detailing document development, permitting and construction activities.
  
• Identify materials for pre-purchase, and make recommendations on schedule and cost, along with maintaining a log of all potential value engineering.
  
• Develop and present recommendations for prequalification criteria for subcontractors and material suppliers.
  

Construction Services

We perform construction services either in the construction manager role or as a general contractor. With either approach we provide the following services.
