Hagler Construction has a strong track record of success in building high-quality commercial properties. Over 56 years ago our founder, Al Hagler, created the company with the philosophy that conducting business with integrity and providing the highest quality are the core values of a strong and successful construction company.

Today, under the direction of Al's son Randy Hagler, we continue to grow and to prosper by applying that same philosophy. We continue to focus our energy and experience on all types of new building projects including office, retail, schools, churches and public institutions. We also have an extensive portfolio of successes with expansion and renovation of existing buildings.

Experience

The company's first commercial project was completed in 1951. Much of our work is negotiated where we supply both pre-construction and construction services but we also competitively bid on many projects.

Ability to Perform

We realize that experience is only one factor that you will consider in the selection of a builder. Like most businesses, construction companies are built on reputation. Reputations are built on performance and performance is built on people. We have some of the best-prepared, skilled professionals available for your type of project.

Ability to Meet the Budget

Meeting a budget requires management of several key elements including schedule, manpower, logistics and forward planning. One of the keys to our success is having strong relationships with exceptional subcontractors. Through these relationships we are able to receive pre-construction consultation regarding construction means and methods, equipment and systems specifications and schedule development. As the project moves into the construction phase we are able to work closely with the subcontractors to manage the schedule and manpower requirements in order to stay on schedule. We also keep a close eye on the budget and ensure that all material suppliers and labor forces are promptly paid so that we maintain timely delivery and stay on budget.

Ability to Prepare and Follow the Construction Schedule

As stated above, the ability to properly prepare and maintain a construction schedule effects project costs in several ways. Many costs are time dependent, therefore, delays cost not only time but also money.

Direct Involvement in the Project

Hagler Construction is a family owned business. As such the owners are not only involved in the management of the company's business affairs, but also completely immersed in the day-to-day activities of each project. Each project manager and superintendent report daily to senior management and often one of the principals of the company will attend project meetings and make regular site visits to every project.

Safety Record

Hagler Construction has a perfect safety record for the last seven years. There have been no workdays lost during that time due to accidents or work stoppages due to safety issues. There have been zero accidents during that time. We participate in the safety program administrated by the Association of General Contractors of America (AGC). As a participant in this program, the AGC trains our personnel and monitors our jobsites.

All of our superintendents and project managers have completed the AGC's OSHA safety courses, are certified in CPR and First Aid, and take refresher courses on a periodic basis. This training, along with the implementation of our safety program has allowed our Company to operate for many years without a major accident.

Service through the Warranty Period

Our desire is to complete your project in such a fashion that there will be no need for follow on service. However, this rarely happens. Whatever the issue might be we stand behind our workmanship and we insure that suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors do the same. We pride ourselves on being responsive to your needs.
